Shelly Madick

Co-Founder & COO Bow & Drape

Shelly Madick is the Co-Founder and COO of Bow & Drape, a women's e-commerce brand that leverages technology to allow shoppers to customize their clothing online and in major department stores across North America.   Over the past five years, Shelly has driven the business to success, scaling Bow & Drape from an operation existing in her New York apartment to one that delivers goods to over 300 stores including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and Saks and partnering with everyone from Uber to The New York Post. 

In her role, Shelly oversees multiple aspects of the business including in-store & online operations, supply chain and product lifecycle management, CX, and P&L management.  Prior to Bow & Drape, Shelly was in Business Development at Morningside and a Corps Member at Teach for America.  She started Bow & Drape with her roommate at Harvard, where she earned her BA in 2008.
