Richard is responsible for activating consumer insights to inform global decision-making, driving marketing ROI improvement and managing personalized conversations with consumers to increase demand for brands like UGG and HOKA ONE ONE.
Previously, Richard was on the agency side managing global communications strategy for Gillette and Venus, and marketed home entertainment products at The Walt Disney Company (when people still purchased DVDs).
