Raghu Sagi is the Chief Engineering Officer at Sephora.  In his role, Raghu is responsible for all digital and retail technologies for the Americas, bringing to life the client experiences through technology innovation and enterprise services that define the strategic programs for Sephora.com and stores.  Since joining Sephora in 2011, Raghu has held various leadership positions in digital engineering and technology services, including platform evolution on Sephora.com and mobile, point of sale and order management systems.

Prior to joining Sephora, Raghu held various technology leadership roles including Walmart and BestBuy.  Raghu holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and resides in Fremont, CA with his wife and two children.
