Nathan J. Lugo-Montanez

Sr. Director, Operations & Supply Chain Logistics BaubleBar

Nathan Lugo-Montanez is a supply chain process improvement expert with over 12 years of experience having worked with both startups and global companies from BaubleBar to Zara. His experience includes management consulting, supply chain design and process improvement, and project management for Fortune 500 companies. He has also lectured on Supply Chain Management and Retail Operations at business schools to include Marist College and Columbia University and has presented at TEDx and NRF conferences. 

He is currently the Sr. Director of Operations and Logistics for BaubleBar. This role collaborates with the EVP of Merchandising to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of distribution operations to include enhancing wholesale and retail service levels and productivity as well as the overall P&L. In this role, he partners with other retail leaders in Wholesale, Marketing, and Customer Experience to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, margin, inventory optimization and service to BaubleBar and their customers.

Nathan currently lives in New York City and is an avid triathlete having competed in the 2016 World Ironman in Hawaii. He is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University, and Michigan State University’s Advanced Master Certificate in Integrated Supply Chain Management program.
