Kristin Mauck is passionate about building and leading technology teams to deliver game-changing projects for business. She works as a Director for Nordstrom, in the Technology Merchandising organization where her team is currently working on large scale cross-capability business improvements to support merchandising technology modernization for the Nordstrom Rack business. Prior to Merchandising, Kristin was a Director in Loyalty Technology, where her team helped deliver several significant improvements including: PayPal as a payment method for Nordstrom digital customers, and an expanded Nordstrom Customer Loyalty Rewards model.
