Kim Mitchell is Sr. Director of CEM and Email Marketing at GUESS?, Inc. Her role has included email marketing, direct mail and management of GUESS?’s loyalty program. Customer database infrastructure projects have been a focus of the past year, including a CRM software migration, AI software replacement, and syncing of GUESS?’s retail and ecommerce customer records.

Kim has worked 18 years in direct-to-consumer marketing, previously for Beachbody as Director of Customer Database and Email Marketing, for Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation as Head of Acquisition and Retention, and for Experian Interactive Media as Sr. Email Marketing Manager. Kim is a proud Canadian but enjoys living in warmer and more tax-friendly California.
