Jon Roman is Vice President of Estee Lauder Online. He is responsible for global eCommerce in all channels which includes Esteelauder.com, retailer partner sites and third party sites. As a key member of the global digital team, Jon develops 360 social/digital omni channel marketing programs. An MBA graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, Jon started his career at Disney in the catalog business and began developing eCommerce sites while at Brooks Brothers in the late 90s. In his 10+ years at Estee Lauder, Jon has been a leader in bringing innovative and high touch technology to PC and mobile websites for multiple brands.
