Greg Shepard is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built several successful companies across many business verticals, all of which have been acquired. Most recently, Greg started AffiliateTraction, the first global performance marketing agency, which was ultimately acquired by eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions in 2016, at which time Greg was named Chief Strategy Officer.  

The combined company was rebranded as Pepperjam during a transaction which earned several awards including "Tech Deal of the Year Over $250 Million," "Private Equity Deal of the Year over $500 Million to $1 Billion," "Cross Border Deal of the Year Over $500 Million to $1 Billion" and "M&A Deal of the Year Over $500 to $1 Billion." The $925-million-dollar deal encompassed the purchase and sale of more than 14 companies - two of them founded by Greg. Currently serving as Pepperjam's Chief Technology Officer, Greg commands and sharpens both the company's strategic vision and operational methodologies as well as its technology-infused ecommerce offerings.
