Born and raised in Miami, Guido Campello graduated from the industrial design program at Design and Architecture Senior High in 1999 and New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 2003 with a degree in Urban Design & Planning. He commenced his design career in interior finishes and renderings at Pompei AD New York for retailers Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People and MTV. After moving to Japan in 2005 as part of the J.E.T.T. English teaching program he joined the Sales and Marketing team at a Japanese distribution company in Tokyo. Upon returning to New York in 2007, he became VP of Sales, Branding & Innovation at Cosabella and in 2010 partnered with his wife, Dr. Sapna Palep, to launch her private practice Spring Street Dermatology. In 2014 Guido Campello took over as Cosabella’s first CEO and in 2015 he was inducted into The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc. (CFDA). At Cosabella he managed all exclusive design collaborations with the likes of Paul & Joe, Erin Fetherston, Urban Outfitters, Barneys, Bergdorf, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Galleries Lafayette, Lane Crawford, Amazon, Shopbop, J.Crew, Carmen Marc Valvo & Sex and the City on exclusive collections. He also led the Creations of extension lines Cosabella Lusso, Cosabella Amore & CSBLA.

2016 will mark the launch of Guido's first solo design efforts across food and fashion.

Prior to Modnique, Ivka spent nearly four years in a variety of roles at eBay including leadership positions in verticals business strategy and global marketing, ultimately serving as senior manager of North America mobile marketing from 2011 to 2013.  She has over a decade of experience in management and marketing roles from Ernst & Young, linguistics search start-up Cognition Technologies, ibeatyou.com, and Hulu.

Mr. Argir joined the Company from Toys “R” Us, Inc., where he served as Chief Digital Officer since 2012, overseeing digital businesses in 13 countries. He is an accomplished e-Commerce/Omni-Channel leader who brings a deep understanding of Retail, e-Commerce, Information Technology and Supply Chain, with a proven track record for driving organizations to high levels of performance and profitability.
Prior to Toys “R” Us, Mr. Argir was Chief Information Officer at The Sports Authority, Inc., where he led the organization through a formal web redesign, incrementally increasing page conversion through a focus on improved usability and experience. He also served as a consultant to Best Buy, Inc., where he collaborated on productivity and strategic technology investments. Mr. Argir also spent five years at Target Corporation as Vice President of Supply Chain Development. Additionally, he served on the Board of the Global Commerce Initiative.

Boon + Gable was born from her frustration as a shopper who wanted to ditch the hectic & stressful in-store shopping experience and create a solution for dressing her best and saving time. Before founding Boon + Gable, Diane worked as Mozilla’s first qualitative User Experience Researcher and co-founded the first conference to focus on tech failures, FailCon, when failure was still a taboo topic. Her expertise in sustainable design originally led Diane to the Bay Area, where she designed a public green roof featured in National Geographic. But since architecture moved too slowly for Diane, she started Wattbot, an online recommendation service that helped homeowners save money on their energy bills. She received her Bachelor of Humanities and Arts in Architecture and Anthropology from Carnegie Mellon University and when not being a CEO she can often be found in her favorite pair of AG jeans and playing with her 18 month old daughter.

At Target, I am responsible for defining omni-channel testing and measurement strategy so we can best serve our guest’s evolving expectations.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Master’s in Quantitative Analysis.  I have worked in the measurement and data science space for over 18 years solving a wide range of business problems that require deeper statistical rigor to separate causality from the normal everyday variability in the data.  As an example, attribution is one such problem where machine learning and model based methods can significantly improve how we credit each lever and prevent double-counting or over and under attributing individual levers.
