Retailers are nominated in four categories and then selected by a judging panel of peers based on innovation and results. Last year’s winners were Ascena Retail Group in the Email category, Sears in Social for their “Shop Your Way” program, Wyndham Hotel Group in Search and American Eagle Outfitters in Mobile. This year’s crop of finalists are also leading the charge to both acquire and retain customers using these channels, and are seeing a tremendous ROI.
